About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at A2Z Electronic Parts Inc. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Coordination: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Budget Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
