We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at H & G Immigration Consulting Ltd. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transactions: Prepare and process general ledger entries, journal entries, and other financial documents.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of customer payments, invoices, and credit memos.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and other financial data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Communication: Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve any financial or accounting-related issues.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial operations, or a related field.
- Language: English (fluency required).
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
