Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing ongoing client needs, providing insurance advice, conducting assessments, and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Selling new policies and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Collaborating with Underwriters and Adjusters regarding policy guidelines
  • Preparing necessary documentation for insurers and managing application processes
  • Staying updated on underwriting standards and operational procedures
  • Engaging in training and development initiatives

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Post-Secondary Education
  • Valid insurance license for New Brunswick or willingness to obtain one
  • Industry certifications (CAIB, CIP) are advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
