Childcare Administrator

Saplings Outdoor Program is seeking a highly skilled Childcare Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our childcare programs, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accounting tasks, including payroll, account reconciliation, and banking.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Set up projects in accounting, time tracking, and collaboration systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to accounting and administrative tasks.
- Perform administrative tasks to manage the organization, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
- Proven experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable roles.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and payroll rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with group booking software such as Amilia.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under time constraints.
