  • Oversee operational logistics, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Plan and coordinate operational activities, including procurement, production, and distribution.
  • Track and complete work orders, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory levels, shipping schedules, and production timelines.
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain coordination or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 35 hours per week.
