Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting sales revenue targets for their designated territory. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and staying up-to-date on products and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular sales calls to established accounts
- Maintain a structured sales call and travel schedule
- Collaborate with accounts to manage the Fox brand
- Assist with merchandising, seasonal updates, and custom needs
- Develop merchandising plans for new and existing accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within the account base
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales
- Stay updated on products and technologies
- Train account staff on new products and ongoing training
- Follow up on customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Generate sales orders during visits
- Report competitive conditions and customer feedback
- Uphold ethical relationships in line with company goals
- Attend sales meetings and training for product knowledge
- Foster productive relationships with sales associates and managers
- Maintain a professional image and complete reports timely
- Provide customers with B2B training and product information
- Analyze market conditions and develop a sales forecast
- Implement a sales plan to meet goals
- Handle customer warranty returns and documentation
- Communicate company policies and customer feedback to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales or closely related field with three years of relevant sales or equivalent combined education and on-the-job experience
- Proven proficiency in the use of a personal computer accompanied by a strong aptitude for technical applications
- Developed knowledge of the industry within the given market
- Experience with Lightspeed, DX1, Ascend, and other retail POS software systems
- General knowledge of Motocross, Supercross, Off-road Motorcycle riding and racing, Mountain biking & Outdoor Industry
- Strong customer service orientation
- A valid driver's license and proven safe driving record
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consumer products experience
- Familiarity with and experience in motorcycle, bicycle, and or action sports apparel industry
