Position Overview

Qualifications

Work Environment

You will be working in a private sector setting, specifically within a retail and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Provide accurate information and answer inquiries from clients.
  • Facilitate billing arrangements for services rendered.
  • Clearly explain the types and costs of services available.
  • Perform general office duties as required.
  • Process payments efficiently.
  • Promote and sell merchandise to customers.
  • Maintain and manage a digital database effectively.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients post-sale.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.

Safety and Security
  • Conduct driver's validity license checks.
  • Review driving records (abstract).
Transportation Requirements

A valid driver's license is necessary for this position.

Work Conditions
  • Ability to pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Physical demands include bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Repetitive tasks and walking are also part of the role.
