Qualifications

Work Environment

This position is based in a restaurant setting, where you will be responsible for a variety of culinary tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute special events.
  • Plan menus and assess food requirements for successful execution.
  • Order and manage food and kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare and cook a range of meals and individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with dietary restrictions and allergies.
  • Prepare specialized meals as directed by dietitians or chefs.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety practices.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food and supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
  • Oversee kitchen operations effectively.
Required Certifications
  • Food Safety Certificate is mandatory.
Culinary Expertise

Specialization in Thai cuisine is preferred.

Work Conditions
