This role involves the provision and coordination of nursing services in alignment with contemporary nursing standards, particularly within the domains of Critical Care and Emergency Services.
Candidates must possess clinical experience that enables them to operate independently in Emergency settings.
Work Schedule: Shifts include Days and Nights - 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00, on a rotating basis.

Qualifications
- Registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body.
- A minimum of two years of experience in medical/surgical nursing or a relevant certification in Critical Care and/or Emergency Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- ACLS certification or willingness to obtain within one year.
- Proficiency in managing medical equipment for critical and acute care.
- Physical capability to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Capacity to mentor and orient new staff.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
