Job Title: Travel Nurse - Immunization Specialist

Amani Travel Health Clinic Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced LPN to join our team as a Travel Nurse - Immunization Specialist. This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

The Travel Nurse - Immunization Specialist will be responsible for administering immunizations to clients in a clinical setting. This includes assessing client indications for travel consultations, screening for contraindications to vaccines, and obtaining informed consent. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer immunizations to clients in a clinical setting
  • Assess client indications for travel consultations and screen for contraindications to vaccines
  • Obtain informed consent from clients
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Experience with immunization and community settings
  • Current valid B.C. Driver's License
  • BCCDC Immunization Competency Course
