Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Letto's Enterprises Ltd. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Financial Transactions: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, as well as balance cash and complete balance sheets and cash reports.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service to guests.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize word processing software, database software, computerized bookkeeping systems, and central reservation systems to manage guest information and hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and overtime required.
