Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to service requests as required.
  • Execute assigned tasks in accordance with established operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team leader to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled.
  • Assist team leaders and fellow staff members as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, tools, storage areas, and workspaces.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare and load work vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies for each assignment.
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good condition.
  • Set up work areas and prepare spaces for service activities.
  • Leave job sites clean and orderly upon completion of tasks.
  • Follow operational procedures and guidelines as directed by the team leader.
  • Maintain clear communication with the team leader and other staff members regarding client needs and issues.
  • Conduct end-of-day cleanup and ensure job sites are left in pristine condition.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and risk management practices on-site and while traveling.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in cleaning or restoration services is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Willingness to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as lifting and carrying objects.
