Job Overview

Join TKL Precast Group as a dedicated Construction Laborer. In this role, you will be integral to our construction projects, ensuring efficiency and safety on site.

Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to various locations.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Preparation: Mix, pour, and spread materials including concrete and asphalt.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a tidy workspace.
  • Traffic Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure safety for all.
  • Assistance: Provide support to skilled tradespersons as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Language: English is the primary working language.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
