About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at TKL Precast Group. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Mixing and Spreading Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Site Traffic Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure the safety of workers and the general public.
  • Assisting Skilled Tradespersons: Provide support to skilled tradespersons as needed to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
