QualificationsEducation

Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend improvements to enhance operational methods
  • Supervise and manage team members and ongoing projects
  • Provide training or coordinate training sessions for staff
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance
  • Coordinate repairs and equipment rentals
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 truck drivers.
