We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Royal LePage Atlantic. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our real estate team by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our real estate team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Manage and maintain our office's filing system, both physical and digital.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all team members are informed and up-to-date on important matters.
    • Direct staff and provide guidance on administrative tasks and procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train junior staff members on administrative tasks and procedures.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience
