Our team comprises over 140 skilled professionals, including architects, designers, project managers, and administrative staff, many of whom hold specialized accreditations in LEED, Evidence-Based Design, and LEAN methodologies. We prioritize a hands-on approach, ensuring that Directors and Principals are directly involved in every project. Our philosophy centers on fostering trust and collaboration with clients, addressing comprehensive operational needs, including technology integration, spatial requirements, and enhancing employee health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of clinical workflows across various inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Differentiate between institutional, ambulatory, and business occupancy environments.
  • Collaborate with end users to delineate process flows and essential adjacencies for clinical spaces.
  • Provide guidance on medical equipment requirements.
  • Lead the medical planning initiative within the design team to develop floor plan concepts that align with operational needs.
  • Oversee the medical planning team's deliverables within the broader project timeline.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding planning matters.
  • Guide and mentor team members to enhance specialized knowledge and execution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare planning, demonstrating leadership in clinical planning.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant codes, construction systems, materials, and standards.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio, is advantageous.
