SENIOR ARCHITECT / PLANNER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize the distinctions between institutional and commercial occupancy settings.
  • Collaborate with end users to define process flows and essential adjacencies.
  • Guide discussions regarding equipment requirements.
  • Lead the planning efforts within the design team to develop floor plan concepts that reflect operational needs.
  • Oversee the planning team's deliverables within the overall project timeline.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients concerning planning matters.
  • Provide mentorship to staff to enhance specialized knowledge and execution processes.
Qualifications and Educational Background:
  • A bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare planning is essential, demonstrating leadership in clinical planning and familiarity with architectural design and code standards.
  • Proficiency in Revit software is mandatory.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, organizational, teamwork, and collaboration skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master of Architecture from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Registration as a licensed Architect is advantageous.
