Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Schedule: 10pm – 8am Sunday – Wednesday
Core Duties
Oversee the intake and dispatch of finished goods efficiently Optimize dock usage, warehouse configuration, and truck loading strategies to reduce loading times Maintain ideal inventory levels of finished products to meet daily sales requirements Provide prompt support to the sales division while controlling warehouse and production expenses Cultivate a team capable of addressing daily operational challenges and achieving both short- and long-term performance objectives Implement effective change management while steering business transformations with minimal impact on personnel Foster communication and collaboration across departments to aid the team in resolving operational challenges Enhance employee capabilities through effective relations, recruitment, training, and communication for hourly staff Inspire team members to meet performance targets Manage the inventory system to support production scheduling Uphold all cleanliness and safety protocols and training Identify and pursue productivity enhancements to assist the facility in achieving its annual operational goals Enforce company policies and procedures Maintain consistent and predictable attendance at the workplace This position necessitates regular presence on the production floor This role involves occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. This position may require working in adverse weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow. This role may involve off-shift and weekend hours Some travel may be required (less than 5%) Required QualificationsEssential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback Capacity to lead a collaborative approach to decision-making Proven ability to thrive in a results-driven, challenging environment Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building abilities#LI-CDNFOODS
