We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at New Minas Running Man Grocery Mart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse and distribution center.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Develop and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure Smooth Operation: Oversee the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
- Arrange for Maintenance: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve Work Problems: Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train Workers: Train new employees in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate, Assign, and Review Work: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail
- Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player
