Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in national account sales management or equivalent experience working directly with a retailer in a buying or merchandising function.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working on high-performing teams, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze large sets of data and create reports for management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and under pressure, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
