About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at WestRock. As a Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory or market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet personal sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing value-added services and solutions to meet their packaging needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, including product, pricing, and service strategies.
- Provide analysis and insights to support sales forecasting and budget preparation.
Requirements
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
- Corrugated experience strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years' successful sales or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technology proficient.
- Ability to work successfully from a home office and travel within the territory.
- Excellent communication skills.
