About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at WestRock. As a Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory or market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet personal sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing value-added services and solutions to meet their packaging needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, including product, pricing, and service strategies.
  • Provide analysis and insights to support sales forecasting and budget preparation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
  • Corrugated experience strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years' successful sales or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technology proficient.
  • Ability to work successfully from a home office and travel within the territory.
  • Excellent communication skills.
