As a key member of the Evertz team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients. This challenging position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary technical support for Evertz' Live Media products, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues, firmware upgrades, and general maintenance.
- Collaborate with customers to assess their product application, diagnose issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement design changes based on customer feedback.
- Install and configure products at customer sites, providing training and support as needed.
- Support new customer opportunities through live product demonstrations and event support.
Requirements:
- Education in a relevant field, such as broadcast, electrical, electronic, or computer science.
- Live production knowledge and experience.
- Ability to travel internationally and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations.
- Direct experience with IT networking, server hardware, and Linux.
