Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary technical support for Evertz' Live Media products, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues, firmware upgrades, and general maintenance.
  • Collaborate with customers to assess their product application, diagnose issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement design changes based on customer feedback.
  • Install and configure products at customer sites, providing training and support as needed.
  • Support new customer opportunities through live product demonstrations and event support.

Requirements:

  • Education in a relevant field, such as broadcast, electrical, electronic, or computer science.
  • Live production knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations.
  • Direct experience with IT networking, server hardware, and Linux.
