Food Service Team Lead

Aroma Indian Restaurant LTD is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring quality control.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude
- Work Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 30 hours per week
