Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining facilities, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and company policies to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
- Estimate and Manage Resources: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that we are operating within our means.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and Manage: Establish work schedules, hire and train staff, and lead by example to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 30 hours per week
