Position Overview:
On Side Restoration is on the lookout for a bilingual Client Support Specialist to enhance our Client Support Services team in Québec. This role is integral to assisting eClaim users, providing support to the Project Administration (PA) team, and managing various administrative responsibilities in a professional and positive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to requests submitted to the eClaim Help system.
- Offer backup support to the PA team as needed.
- Assist in leveraging technology, including testing new systems and facilitating user training.
- Ensure accuracy in all project documentation and its proper upload into both internal and external claims systems.
- Review external invoices for compliance as assigned.
- Provide guidance or assistance in additional areas as required.
- Mentor and train business partners in the effective use of eClaim.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Prior experience in mentoring or training roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to perform well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
Work Environment:
