Position Overview

The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities at Sahib Collection LTD. This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily business operations
  • Supervise and guide staff members
  • Assess and improve operational processes
  • Handle incoming correspondence and distribute materials appropriately
  • Organize and plan daily workflows
  • Conduct training sessions for new staff
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments
  • Develop and implement training and development programs
  • Manage payroll and employee compensation
  • Facilitate recruitment and staffing processes
  • Evaluate workplace environments and procedures to ensure safety and compliance
