About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Dexterra. As an office cleaner, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of our facilities, including floors, washrooms, and garbage bins.
  • Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, including washrooms, common areas, and play spaces.
  • Replenish supplies, including toilet paper, hand towels, and soap.
  • Dust all visible surfaces, including phone booths, countertops, pillars, lighting fixtures, window ledges, and vents.
  • Spot clean lobby floors and washrooms as needed.
  • Vacuum entrance mats in lobbies.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Floor care experience is an asset.
  • A minimum of 6 months of cleaning experience.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable using cleaning products and communicating with supervisors, clients, and the general public.
  • A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
