Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our maintenance staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Facilities: Regularly inspect our facilities to identify any safety or cleanliness issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist Maintenance Staff: Provide support to our maintenance staff as needed, including assisting with tasks and providing guidance.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and that our operations are running smoothly.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that our maintenance staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
