About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Dihot's Facility Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our maintenance staff and ensuring that our facilities are safe and clean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our maintenance staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect Facilities

Inspect our facilities regularly to ensure that they meet our high standards for safety and cleanliness.

Recommend Additional Services

Recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Assist Maintenance Staff

Assist our maintenance staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate Work Activities

Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for our maintenance staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
