Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Dihot's Facility Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our maintenance staff and ensuring that our facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our maintenance staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify any safety or cleanliness issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Manage Payments: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist Maintenance Staff: Provide support to our maintenance staff as needed, including assisting with tasks and providing guidance on procedures.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and that our operations are running smoothly.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our maintenance staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Work Environment: Our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, with a focus on providing a positive work environment for our staff and clients.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or maintenance role
