Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Arumac Maintenance services Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure our sites and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and arrange for these services to be completed.
- Manage Payments and Invoicing: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning team as needed, ensuring they have the resources and guidance required to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of work activities.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
