About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Director to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Fitness Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team of fitness professionals, ensuring the success of our studio, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive studio success.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of fitness professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Recruit, train, and educate new OTF coaches to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional fitness experiences to our members.
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution.
  • Work closely with the sales team to guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Conduct fitness staff meetings and attend all relevant webinars and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the science behind our workouts, including heart-rate focused training programs, and be aware of industry trends and competitor activity.
