We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at THE GROUP ELEVEN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, departments, and regions to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Resource Allocation
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support business objectives.
- Allocate resources, including human and financial resources, to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Representation and Communication
- Represent THE GROUP ELEVEN in negotiations and official functions, ensuring the organization's interests are represented effectively.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Screening and Hiring
- Develop and implement hiring policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a fair and transparent recruitment process.
- Screen candidates for relevant experience and qualifications, ensuring the best fit for the role.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees
- Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, ensuring they have equal opportunities for employment and career advancement.
- Support for Mature Workers
- Apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination, promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Support for Visible Minorities
- Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.
