Job Summary

The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot computer systems and networks to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Document and maintain a problems and solutions log for future reference
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
