Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Join Etel Soft Technologies Inc. as a Help Desk Analyst and play a crucial role in providing technical support to our users. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance to users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows, and other common software applications
