Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at JAGWILL SOLUTIONS INC. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, resolving issues with computer systems, and implementing solutions to improve our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
- User Training: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
- Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Software Development: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve our IT infrastructure.
- Network Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
