About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at El Toro Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Payment and Settlement: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Willing to train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
