Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Alliance Maintenance Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
  • Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
