Key Responsibilities:- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate contract services to maintain a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and local health and sanitation regulations are carried out.
- Prepare budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
- Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for housekeeping staff.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms for the housekeeping department.
- Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- 5-10 years of experience in housekeeping management.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
