About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at Alliance Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment, supplies, and uniforms, ensuring that our housekeeping staff have the necessary tools to perform their tasks.
  • Scheduling and Task Assignment: Create and manage schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment
  • Work Setting: Apartment building
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available
