We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Pelican Events & Catering. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing training and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent attendee experience.
  • Training and Development: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development programs, and compile data and statistics to inform HR decisions.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, provide excellent oral and written communication, and maintain a positive and organized work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, oversee payroll administration, and perform data entry tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, organized, team player, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and human resources software.
