HVAC Sales and Project Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Sales and Project Management Professional to join our team at Welldone Mechanical Services. As a key member of our sales and project management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth in the commercial and light industrial HVAC market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Analyze customer design proposals and specifications to provide accurate cost estimates.
- Manage the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects.
- Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables.
- Manage project activities throughout the lifecycle, including resource allocation, documentation, and other factors necessary for success.
- Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project.
- Maintain and grow current business and client relationships.
- Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required.
- Manage project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization.
- 3-5 years of previous estimating experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards.
