Job Description

Welldone Mechanical Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Sales Manager to drive sales growth and lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Analyze customer design proposals and specifications to determine and sell cost-effective solutions.
  2. Estimate and Project Management: Manage the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects, ensuring professional quality services in all facets of work.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables and manage a team to ensure cost-effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project, maintain and grow current business and client relationships, and provide mentoring to technical staff.
  5. Project Scheduling and Cost Management: Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization.
Requirements:
  1. Estimating Experience: 3-5 years of previous estimating experience is required.
  2. Project Management: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Require experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, journeyman trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades, and knowledge of building codes and standards.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license are required.
