Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

At Flynn Group of Companies, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Project Managers with the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers with project scheduling, including action item tracking and monitoring project progress.
  • Manage smaller projects related to M&A activities, branch moves, software tool rollouts, and minor hardware/network upgrades.
  • Document management for PMO artifacts, quotes, invoices, and other project-related documents.
  • Prepare communications, progress reports, and meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Enforce project adherence to internal quality standards, processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Support business analysis activities to ensure projects and technical solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years related experience working on IT projects with an interest in project management.
  • Experience working on IT projects and an interest in project analysis and processes.
  • Knowledge of/experience in Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to understand complex architectural, networking, and software issues.
  • Adaptability to effectively deal with continually changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Good detail orientation, effective collaboration, and communication skills.
