Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grab & Go Attendant/Barista to work in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Prepare cold and hot beverages to our high standards, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all products meet our standards.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with their food and service, responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing grab & go products.
  • Be aware of any special requests, including guest allergies, and take necessary precautions.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely.
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems.

Requirements

  • Prior barista experience is desirable, but not required.
  • High attention to detail and cleanliness are essential.
  • Passion for customer service and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Organizational skills and sales ability are necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to engage our guests.
