Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Grab and Go Indian Kitchen. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
