Food Service Attendant/Barista - OLIVER & BONACINI

Position Type: Full-time

A Food Service Attendant/Barista possesses a strong enthusiasm for customer engagement and is skilled in greeting patrons, preparing food and beverages, serving, and processing transactions with a friendly demeanor. The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively is essential in delivering an outstanding experience for every guest. Our Food Service Attendants/Baristas are dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and exhibit meticulous attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foster a welcoming guest experience through friendly interactions and adherence to service protocols.
  • Provide information and suggestions regarding menu items, beverages, and various services.
  • Craft both hot and cold beverages in accordance with established standards.
  • Ensure precision when inputting data into the point-of-sale system.
  • Oversee food quality and presentation to meet established standards.
  • Confirm guest satisfaction with their meals and service.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the grab-and-go area, ensuring all spaces are tidy and organized.
  • Adhere to guidelines for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing grab-and-go items.
  • Be attentive to any special requests, including dietary restrictions.
  • Efficiently complete opening, closing, and side duties while ensuring safety.
  • Comply with all food safety regulations and protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and sales aptitude.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
