We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our mission and goals.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the implementation of our strategic plans.
- Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of our organization.
- Representation: Represent EPIC in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls to ensure the effective use of our resources.
- Human Resources: Develop and implement human resources planning to support the growth and development of our organization.
- Education: A college or CEGEP degree is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior management role is required.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential. Strong judgment, organizational, and team player skills are also required.
