Landscaping Manager

LE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and construction of outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities
- Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
- Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work
- Maintain work records and logs
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
The successful candidate will work in a variety of outdoor environments, including hot and physically demanding conditions. The ability to distinguish between colors and manual dexterity are essential for this role.
